Ecolibrium Solar, a manufacturer of flat roof mounting systems, has announced the completion of a 3.2-MW solar array developed by Melink Solar and installed by TMI Electric. The project consists of 12,264 modules covering 10 acres and uses Ecolibrium Solar’s EcoFoot2 mounting hardware.
About the EcoFoot2, Melink General Manager Jeremy Chapman said, “Melink was impressed with the simplicity of the racking system and the ease of installation. The price point was very attractive as well.” Installation ease and speed are the key features of Ecolibrium’s Ecofoot line.
Although the project was a success, Ecolibrium solicited feedback from Melink and other installers to optimize future installations. The industry requested pre-assembled clamps, so that is what the company now delivers with EcoFoot2+, the newest addition to Ecolibrium’s EcoFoot line.
